My hubby was supposed to be on days for a year, but then he spent 4 months in training and then another 6 weeks training in another location on swing shift. He's now back at his normal department, but on swing shift again. He came home to tell me that the schedule has him on swing shift for 6mo, followed by graves for 6mo and then days for 6mo. Ugh. Swing shift is 3p-11p at his department (for the moment), so he misses dinner and bedtime with the kids. The part of the day he's actually awake and home, I'm running around like crazy picking up kids from school, going grocery shopping, etc. I feel like I only see him for 45min a day. It's ridiculous. If I was working full time too, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't see him at all.

And despite supposedly being on swing shift, he has to cover graveyard for 3 nights next week. Can we day grumpy?Crysihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00520953718346129190noreply@blogger.com
